Wine Club
12 Corners is pleased to offer two wine clubs, each shipped out bi- monthly.
Joining is simple - just choose your favorite style of wine and then click on the number of bottles you would like to receive each month.
In addition to receiving a great selection of your favorite wines each month, members enjoy the following benefits:
- 20% discount on wine purchased online or at any of our tasting rooms
- Invitations to special 12 Corners' events
- Only $12 to enroll! Customers pay for the wine and bi-monthly shipping ($20 flat rate for 1-6 bottles, $40 for 7-12 bottles) shipped in February, April, June, August, October, and December). Don't want to pay for shipping? You can choose to pick up your wine at any of our 3 tasting rooms.
- A photocopy of your driver's license (along with the recipient of the wine if not the same) must be retained on record. Please send your copy to wineclub@12corners.com
- Please note that you must have an adult 21 or over available to sign for and recive your wine delivery.
- If picking up wine - wine must be picked up within 3 months or it may be shipped to your listed address
- Members must commit to a minimum of 3 shipments before cancelling.
