These estate grown Vidal grapes were hand harvested while frozen on the vine on December 10, 2013 at 4 degrees Fahrenheit. The highly ripened grapes were 42.7 brix at harvest. The concentrated juice is pressed from the frozen grapes, and slowly fermented to create this traditional, intensely sweet, dessert wine. This wine comes in a 375ml bottle.
